Genki is a staple in the Richmond! Usually only come here for crepes, but the mini mart has a great collection of items for purchase.
I usually get sweet crepes, but have recently been getting their savory ones. I actually really enjoyed the savory crepes. I got the ham, cheese (mozzarella), and lettuce crepe. The cheese is nice and gooey and the lettuce provides a nice freshness to offset the saltiness of the cheese and ham.
I also love getting their sweet crepes as they always hit the spot. There's some seating inside, but also benches outside. Definitely a great spot to grab a quick meal or dessert.
Street parking is most likely your only option. There is residential, but only if you're lucky.
This place is a really cool combination of a creperie and a little Asian snack mart. The crepes and eggettes are really good and both the vanilla and melon flavors we purchased hit the spot after our dinner. The shop part of the building is well stocked with various Asian snacks including hello panda snacks and yakult drinks. I would definitely recommend for a quick snack or light meal.
This place is COOL! Easy to eat dank crepes combined with a mini mart with so many cultural drinks, snacks, and more. Definitely wanna come back to explore and try more things… very unique spot!!
First time, trying this type of crepe. Fruit was really fresh. The crepe was soft and not too chewy. Employees were welcoming and pleasant. Service was fast. Price was average for the city.
Great little shop with a store inside with specialty goods.
The crepes with ice cream and whip cream are really good!
Been coming here for 10 years! Love their crepes and they’re open late night which is awesome :) Not fast when they’re busy but you can hangout or grab some other snacks to take with you!
Awesome little spot! My friend and I both shopped around as they have an extensive selection of fun snacks, some that we hasn’t seen before which is surprising since we both love trying foreign snacks and visiting Asian markets. We ended up each getting a crepe and drink. The crepes are AMAZING. Probably the best I’ve had in my life, they weren’t soggy like most crepes, but deliciously crispy. The drinks were just ok - I got the passion fruit blended drink and it was overly sweet, and my friend said her Thai iced tea wasn’t that good. I would definitely come back for the crepes and the good fast service though.
Good! Got to do some shopping and get a crepe. But the crepe is really thin and it was overcooked, so it shattered as I ate it. This could be a personal preference, but I love my crepes fluffy.
